Privacy Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
This site, marketingbps.com (Bau Pet Strategy), is operated by Investment Tech R&K S.r.l., of which 'Bau Pet Strategy' is the brand under which the activity is presented to the public.
1. Data Controller
Investment Tech R&K S.r.l., with registered office in Via Bernardo Quaranta, 45 - 20139 Milan (MI), VAT 12195200964. Contacts: info@marketingbps.com - PEC: Investment-tech@pec.it. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide to us. The site has two separate forms:
- Consultation request form: first name, last name, mobile number (optional), email address and area of activity.
- Free editorial calendar download form: email address and navigation language.
The data collected through the two forms is stored in separate archives.
Navigation data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access, collected automatically by the systems that manage the site.

We do not knowingly collect data of minors under 16 years of age or special categories of data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR. We invite you not to enter information in the forms that is not necessary for your request.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to give you a response: without it we cannot contact you. Consent to commercial communications is optional and refusing it does not affect the response to your request.
4. How we process it
The data is processed using electronic tools, with technical and organizational measures adequate to protect it from unauthorized access, loss and disclosure. No automated decision-making process or profiling producing legal effects on the data subject is envisaged.
5. To whom it may be communicated
The data may be processed by parties acting as data processors on our behalf, appointed pursuant to Article 28 GDPR:
- hosting and site infrastructure service providers (Hostinger International Ltd.);
- providers of the CRM and marketing automation platform used to manage contacts;
- messaging (WhatsApp Business Platform) and email sending service providers;
- tax, accounting and legal consultants;
- authorities and supervisory bodies, when required by law.
The updated list of data processors is available on request by writing to info@marketingbps.com. The data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers may process data in countries outside the EEA. In these cases the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses, with the additional safeguards provided by Articles 44 and following of the GDPR. You may request a copy by writing to the contacts indicated in point 1.
7. How long we keep it
- Contact data collected through the consultation form: 24 months from the last useful contact.
- Email collected for the editorial calendar download: 24 months from the request, unless marketing consent.
- Data processed for marketing purposes: 24 months from consent collection or last interaction, unless earlier withdrawal.
- Data relating to contractual relationships: 10 years, for civil and tax obligations.
- Navigation and cookie data: according to the durations indicated in the Cookie Policy.
After these terms the data is deleted or made anonymous in an irreversible way.
8. Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise them write to info@marketingbps.com or Investment-tech@pec.it. We respond within one month of receiving the request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it.
